Most iPhone repairs are completed within 24–48 hours. Samsung and Google may take slightly longer as parts are ordered per repair.
How long will return shipping take?
Once repaired, your phone will be returned via tracked Royal Mail — usually 1–2 working days.
Can I track my return parcel?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking info once we ship your phone back.
I need my phone urgently — can you help?
Let us know and we’ll prioritise your repair where possible. Same-day turnaround may be available on request.

Do you use genuine parts?
We use high-quality, trusted replacement parts ordered fresh per repair. We don’t use generic bulk stock.

Yes — this ensures quality, freshness, and compatibility. For Samsung and Google, this may mean a small delay while parts arrive.
What if the part is out of stock?
We'll notify you right away and provide an estimated turnaround time. We’ll never leave you in the dark.
What happens if additional damage is found?
We’ll contact you before doing any extra work or adding charges. No surprises.
What happens if my phone can’t be fixed?
If it’s not repairable, we’ll return the device and refund your payment (minus any diagnostic fee if applicable).
Will my phone still be water-resistant?
We can’t guarantee water resistance after repair as original seals may be affected.

Yes — we recommend backing up your phone before sending it, as we’re not responsible for any data loss.
Will you access my data?
No — your data and privacy are respected. We don’t access your files unless required for repair (and only with permission).

Yes, we log the phone’s condition upon arrival so there’s a clear record in case of pre-existing damage.

How do I pay?
You pay securely online through Stripe using any major debit or credit card, including Apple and Google Pay!
Are there any hidden fees?
No — all pricing is clear upfront. We only charge extra if new damage is found and you agree to the extra work.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes! All repairs include a 12-month warranty for parts and labour. Accidental and water damage are excluded.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes — you’ll receive one automatically after checkout. For business or insurance, contact us for a formal invoice.
Can I cancel my repair?
If we haven’t received or started your repair, yes. Just let us know ASAP and we’ll refund you.
