Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the repair services provided by SwiftFix Phone Repair ("SwiftFix," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking a repair service, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Repairs & Warranty
2.1 Warranty Coverage
- We offer a 12-month warranty on all screen and battery replacements.
- The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship only.
- If a part we installed fails due to a defect within 12 months, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
2.2 Warranty Exclusions
- Accidental damage, including drops or impact-related issues.
- Liquid damage, whether pre-existing or after repair.
- Any additional faults not related to the original repair.
- Issues caused by third-party repairs or tampering after our service.
2.3 Claiming a Warranty Repair
- Contact us at orders@swiftfixphonerepair.com with your order details.
- Send your device to us for assessment.
- If eligible, we will repair or replace the faulty part at no cost.
3. Liability & Risk
3.1 Device Handling
- We take every precaution when handling your device, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our repair.
- If additional issues are found during repair, we will notify you before proceeding.
3.2 Data Protection & Loss
- Customers are responsible for backing up their data before sending their device.
- SwiftFix is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
3.3 Unforeseen Damage
If your device has hidden issues (e.g., motherboard damage, previous poor-quality repairs), additional repairs may be needed at an extra cost. We will always seek your approval before proceeding.
4. Payment & Pricing
4.1 Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full before the repair is completed.
- We accept payments via Stripe, debit/credit cards, and other approved methods.
4.2 Pricing Changes
- All repair prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- If a price change affects your order before we begin the repair, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
4.3 Refunds
- No refunds are provided once a repair has been completed.
- If a device cannot be repaired, you will receive a full refund minus the diagnostic fee (if applicable).
5. Shipping & Returns
5.1 Sending Your Device to SwiftFix
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging their device when sending it to us.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping to us.
5.2 Return Shipping
- Once repaired, we will return your device via Royal Mail tracked shipping to the address provided during checkout.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.
6. Unclaimed Devices
If a device is left unclaimed for 60 days after repair, we will attempt to contact you. If no response is received within 90 days, the device may be recycled or disposed of.
7. Third-Party Repairs
If you take your device to another repair provider after we have serviced it, our warranty will immediately become void. We do not cover any issues caused by third-party repairs or self-repair attempts.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
We collect customer details such as name, email, and address only for processing repair orders. We do not share personal data with third parties.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel your repair order before shipping your device, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Once your device has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and our standard repair process will apply.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have an issue with your repair, please contact us first at orders@swiftfixphonerepair.com. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and professionally.
